Cooking And … with Stacia Crawford, Chella Diaz & Norma Zager

There’s nothing like cooking … or a great cooking analogy. Food brings people, cultures, and lifestyles together. This week on GoalChatLive, the topic was “Cooking And…” with Stacia Crawford, Stay Ready Media; Chella Diaz, Transcend Abundance; and Norma Zager, who is one of the Granny-Judges on Baking it!

Stacia is a media producer and consultant, Chella helps women empower themselves to make more money, and Norma combines cooking with comedy. The trio shared their connection to cooking and cooking memories, as well as tips, their favorite gadgets, recipes, and more.

Their Takes on Food and Food Analogies

  • Stacia: You put together a PR strategy like you make good meal. Starts with the first awesome bite and leaves you satisfied!
  • Chella: For your business, you can have all the right ingredients, but you still have to package it and put it out there. It’s not just about the recipe, it’s how the dough feels.
  • Norma: Food is love, but it’s also art. The thing about food is instead of hanging it on a wall, you put it on a plate.

Favorite Gadgets

  • Stacia: Ninja Foodie
  • Norma: KitchenAid Mixer
  • Chella: Mini-chopper and crock pot
  • Deb: Instant Pot and air fryer

Goals

  • Stacia: Choose one ingredient that you like and experiment with that one thing. For example, peanut butter, chicken. Start with one thing and then branch out.
  • Chella: Make a list of the benefits or transformation your clients experience when they work with you; it will serve as a reminder to increase your fees
  • Norma: Cook with friends or loved ones.

Final Thoughts

  • Norma: Life is short. Eat dessert first!
  • Stacia: Remember the feeling you have when you are enjoying a good meal
  • Chella: Take a moment to pause in the cooking or in the eating. Take it in, so you can go back to the memory when you need a boost.
