Realignment with Angela Miller Barton, Susan Glusica & Daphneleah Schneider

Realignment – and alignment – are strongly tied to identity; when you know who you are, you can hit the reset button and move forward with purpose. On this week’s GoalChat, I discussed Realignment with Angela Miller Barton, personal trainer and educational coordinator for Wellcoaches; Money Master Coach Susan Glusica; and Releasing Rightness Mentor Daphneleah Schneider.

Angela, Susan, and Daphneleah shared their origin stories, along with thoughts about how people fall out of alignment, ways to get back into it, and more.

Realignment As it Pertains To:

  • Fitness – Angela: Recognizing what does and does not work for you, and doing more of the things you enjoy
  • Money – Susan: There is a lot of money resistance out there; first 5 steps are energetic, last 2 are action. Having an attitude of gratitude – a high vibe – is significant
  • Sense of Self – Daphneleah: Realigning is going past your comfort zone – having a willingness to be wrong, to be uncomfortable – and going back to who you really are; realign with your truth

What to Do When Feeling Lost

  • Angela: It’s helpful to have a practice that brings you back to who you are. Get low, back to your roots, to the basics
  • Deb: Practice joy
  • Susan: Find freedom within the structure. Identify as a master and take focused action
  • Daphneleah: Just stop, breathe, and practice self care

Goals 

  • Angela: When you are at a crossroads, flip a coin and think about where you want it to land – that’s the answer
  • Susan: Engage with memory; think of a moment where you achieved something awesome. Bring that feeling from the memory into now
  • Daphneleah: Before you go to sleep think about the things that you love about yourself – and feel it; you are it

Final Thoughts

  • Susan: Step into your unapologetic prosperity. You are worthy
  • Daphneleah: Breathe
  • Angela: Move a muscle, change your mood
