How they Get Moving  

  • Brian: Uses a routine to stay in balance and in flow
  • Serena: Breathwork, journaling, clarity, law of attraction, and powerlifting
  • Amanda: Small dog (who is not small), regular breaks, changes of scenery

What Stops People from Moving Forward

  • Amanda: They think the goal is too big or too far away. One tiny action every day keeps you moving forward
  • Brian: People can push too hard, go against their intuition. Sometimes you need to just chill and take a break
  • Serena: Timing is everything. Seek guidance, community, and support

Amanda discovered, “People are either helping me, hurting me, or standing in my way.” Figure out what you want, adds Serena, and “be intentional in reverse.” “I have to move every day,” says Brian, “because it helps ground me and helps me to branch out and stay in tune with my intuition.”

  • Serena: Delegate

  • Brian: Keep searching for self-acceptance and self-love
  • Amanda: Your happiness is worth it!
