I lead The D*E*B Method workshops for community groups, organizations, and businesses to help members define and plan their projects.
Workshops-types, held both online and in Los Angeles, include:

In the workshops, participants formulate a mission statement, set short- and long-term goals, prioritize the goals, and create a plan to set themselves up for success.

Group Coaching Online
Group Coaching can help your company, internal project team, startup, or non-profit jump-start a project or keep it in motion.
Don’t have a team? Put together a group of friends – writers, experts, entrepreneurs – to work on your projects, and I’ll provide direction for goal-setting, structure, strategy, troubleshooting, and accountability. After our initial session, we’ll meet on a regular basis to help you stay on track.
