- Marcia: Put a huge piece of paper on the wall. Start with one column for the things you do really well, another for the things that inspire you, and keep adding columns. As you accomplish these goals, check them off. Look at the list for motivation
- Christy: Take time for reflection: Are you happy where you are at in your career? Is this where you want to be? Also, find your resume and update it, so if you are ready if you need to make a career change
- Allen: Hang around with people who are doing what you want to do
Final Thoughts
- Christy: Don’t be afraid to reach out to a career coach .. or really to anyone who has the answers and/or assistance you need
- Marcia: Go easy on yourself. And don’t forget to ask the silly questions
- Allen: Keep it light
