Define Mindset

  • Brenda: Mindset is how your brain is oriented toward your goals; you have radical self-belief
  • Kristen: Your ability to go from the unconscious part of your mind (self-critic) into a more intentional place (one of gratitude); it’s an intentional practice
  • Linda: It’s the collective of your subconscious and conscious beliefs and attitudes; they shape how you interpret everything

Mindset Tips

  • Linda: Pay attention to how you are feeling about money and flip it
  • Kristen: How you start the day sets the tone for the day; start with something positive
  • Brenda: Practice radical self-belief

Goals

  • Linda: Watch your cash flow and make sure you feel good about where it’s going
  • Brenda: In the morning, think of what you are grateful for – say it out loud or write it down
  • Kristen: Drink more water; look at water as a resource

Final Thoughts

  • Brenda: Watch yourself when you say negative things – like I am scatterbrained today. Delete negative self-talk.
  • Linda: When you are down, think of the other times when you were resilient and what you did to get through it
  • Kristen: Control what you can and let the other stuff go
