Happy Mid-Year 2025! Stacia Crawford of Stay Ready Media and community builder Keith Spiro, once again, returned to GoalChat to check in. They were both part of my new year and quarter year conversations. Stacia and Keith, who are featured in my latest book, 52 Secrets for Goal-Setting and Goal-Getting, shared their wins and challenges from the first part of the year, as well as their summer and end of 2025 goals.
2025 Mid-Year Wins
- Keith: Had his work in an art show; is focusing more in fewer places; simplifying (especially email accounts – what a time-saver!)
- Stacia: Getting lots of visibility, discovered that you don’t have to be everywhere, you have to be in the right places; owning her expertise
- Deb: Focusing on teaching ecourses and doing more speaking on goal-setting and goal-getting in challenging times; took home 1st place Audio Anchor/Host at LA Press Club SoCal Journalism Awards; 52 Secrets for Goal-Setting and Goal-Getting was released in January
Summer and Year-End Goals
- Keith: Complete website transition
- Stacia: Book more speaking, launch newsletter
- Deb: Book more events and media; carve out time for one of my passion projects
Year-End Goals
- Deb: Get on TV
- Stacia : Double income from last year
- Keith: Put stories behind pics – have 21 from art show – and put into a cohesive project

Gifted Goals
- Stacia: Do 10 connections a week, be intentional, say Hi, comment, have conversations
- Keith: Focus on the word Joy. Apply it to a moment, action, or connection
- Deb: Claim a passion project and put a little time into it each week
Final Thoughts
- Stacia: If not now, when? Go for it!
- Keith: Focus on joy. You do not have to joy alone
- Deb: Remember, you can do it!
