#BeNiceToYou November: Self-Care Goals

It’s #BeNiceToYou November! And it’s exactly as it sounds.

I spent October sharing my daily wins on social media. The point was to celebrate every success and encourage others to do the same. My wins¬†ranged from “survived the week” and cooking/baking accomplishments to conversations, connections, and speaking opportunities. Plus, #YourGoalGuide became an audiobook, which was super-exciting. Thanks, Scribd!

Now, we are entering the November of what feels like the longest year ever. And, self-care goals should be at the top of your todo list … if they are not there already. As always, I have you covered.

Every day in November, I will post a #BeNiceToYou #SelfCare goal on @TheDEBMethod social media accounts. A goal, which, btw, I plan to achieve myself. And if you have a #SelfCare tip to recommend, please message me.

Set a calendar appointment for #selfcare every day. These can be for 5 to 15 minutes or longer. Then, track your tasks. The idea is to make it a habit to take care of you, and to write down those activities for future reference and inspiration.

Today, spend your self-care minutes dancing or listening to music. Easy, right?
