It’s almost DEBcember!
Between holiday gatherings (virtual and IRL), finishing-up projects, and planning for the future, you are busier than ever!
If you are an executive, leader, or entrepreneur looking for user-friendly, bite-sized solutions …
Let me help you:
- Get a win by the end of the year
- Make new plans for 2022
- And get answers to your most pressing goal-related questions
Through DEBcember 31, 2021, I am offering:
* All sessions are recorded via Zoom and come with the replay link
* All 30-minute sessions include a copy of Your Goal Guide: A Roadmap for Setting, Planning and Achieving Your Goals, which can be a gift for yourself or for a friend

Whereas any time is the perfect time to refresh your goals and make new plans, reboots tend to happen seasonally. These are my four seasons:
- Traditional New Year’s – January 1
- The start of Summer
- Back-to-school in the Fall
- DEBcember – December 1
Why wait for January? Instead, let’s add a month to 2022. Our New Year starts December 1st.
We have had so many changes over the last two years. Isn’t it time everyone gets a break?
My goal is to help everyone start 2022 on the right foot.

Your Goal Guide: A Roadmap for Setting, Planning and Achieving Your Goals is the best first step in any goal journey. The book takes readers through my brainstorming and task-based system in order to set achievable goals and make a plan. The second part of Your Goal Guide helps readers set themselves – and their goals – up for success. It works whether they want to start or build a business, change jobs or careers, become a known expert, or achieve work-life balance.
Your Goal Guide is an easy read with a fun road trip theme. It includes worksheets, resources, and even a Facebook group, where you can share your journey and get additional support. It’s available from your favorite bookstore, as well as on Amazon in paperback, ebook, and audiobook format.

Deb did a great job building our blog and social media CRM channels. She is very energetic and passionate about creating quality consumer-centric content. In a short time she was able to recruit and build relationships with education subject matter experts and guest experts. She is up-to-date on all the social media channels and understands how to write engaging and compelling social content.
I’ve worked with Debra at print and online publications for over a dozen years. And as a professional editor (and writer, and producer, and editor) I am skeptical of self-proclaimed “experts” — especially those offering advice about creative endeavors — but Deb’s insights have helped me immensely. She knows what works. Her book Write On Blogging: 51 Tips to Create, Write & Promote Your Blog could only have been written by someone who has been there and done that. Deb’s book, her Twitter chats, and her newsletter have changed the way I approach my writing, music, and video projects, and I’m better at my work because of it. She has become a treasured advisor and a personal role model. Thanks, Deb.
Debra’s been a huge help, not only in improving my writing but in having confidence as a writer. She’s easy to work with, is great about setting goals and works at my pace without allowing me to become complacent. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to work on their skills as a writer.
I always knew I had a book buried deep inside me, hiding behind the layers of fat, muscle, and blood coursing through my veins. When I met Debra Eckerling, I allowed my book, the book I was meant to share with the world, to come out of the closet, just like I had. Thank God, Debra inspired me to once again break through my false beliefs about my ability to write. I’ve since become known as an international blogger, the go-to guy for coming out with a twist of humor, and have been inspiring humans, regular old humans, to step out of the closets that hold them back from living their most authentic lives!
Deb Eckerling wins the award for cheerleader of the decade!
Thanks to Debra Eckerling for speaking to the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Lawyer Well-Being Project event about goal-setting simplified. Debra shared a wealth of great practical tips and how-to’s. Immediately after the program, I started taking action on my goals, which are materializing!
When I set my sights on being a serious writer with attention-deficit, I had trouble focusing and felt overwhelmed. I found Deb’s Facebook page, Write On! Online and began following her posts and podcasts. Every Sunday she’d tell us to post our weekly goals, then at the end of the week, did we meet them? If not, why? Deb has a positive, enthusiastic, infectious energy that has made a difference for me as a new writer. By following her posts and listening to her podcasts, I’ve developed the self-discipline to stay on task, complete them, and remain focused. She helped me break down the novel writing process into bite-sized pieces that moved me forward each day, no matter how small the task. I’m now revising two novels that will be published within the year. If you want to be a published author, Debra Eckerling will get you there!
I went to Deb from a recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did! I was in the beginning stages of writing my cookbook and she helped me put all of my whirling thoughts into a cohesive and manageable process. Deb was my calm to my crazy and I can’t recommend her enough!
Debra Eckerling has added great value to our organization, Women’s National Book Association, San Francisco Chapter. Through her ongoing speaking engagements, she brings wit, wisdom, and actionable information to every talk. She posses stellar promotional savvy and delivers on-point presentations that bring in larger audiences than our usual speakers. Count on her to engage your audience and keep them coming back for more.
Debra helped each member of our group kick of the New Year right with her goal-setting workshop. She led us through thoughtfully designed worksheets that helped us think about where we want to be and how to get there. She also had great answers to our questions on how to be more productive and overcome obstacles to our goals. Her workshop served to bring together the participants as we learned about each others’ goals and dreams, a great and unexpected benefit. I highly recommend Debra’s services as a coach and workshop leader.
